We are not an app and we are not a franchise. Ipoos Taxi is a Kannur business built on repeat passengers: families, hospitals, hotels and companies who have our number saved and use it for years.
One car, one promise, a lot of early mornings
Ipoos Taxi began the way most good Malabar businesses do: with a single vehicle, a mobile number written on the back of a card, and someone willing to drive to Mattannur at four in the morning because a passenger had a flight.
Word travelled the way it does here. A family that got home safely told a neighbour. A hotel that never had a no-show started passing our number to guests. A company that needed staff moved every day stopped looking for anyone else.
The fleet has grown a great deal since. What has not changed is who answers when you call, and the fact that a quote given on WhatsApp is still the amount you pay when you step out of the car.
